You local Off Licence for the Belfast Area where you can securely and conveniently order and purchase off-licence products and receive delivery within an approximate 6 mile radius of The Bot Off License (21 Malone Road, Belfast, BT9 6RU) and cover post codes BT1 to BT17 inclusive

What are the opening hours?
The website can take orders 24/7 and offers daily delivery. Mon to Friday 4.30pm to 8pm Monday to Saturday and 4.30pm to 6pm Sundays.
Our Off-Licence on the Malone Road is open from 11am to 8pm. We deliver locally in the main Belfast area (Postcodes BT1-BT17) or within a six-mile radius of The Bot Off License (21 Malone Road, Belfast, BT9 6RU).
How happens if my online order is after 8pm M-F or 6pm Sunday ?
Orders online outside of the delivery slots on the same day of hours will be fulfilled the next day. Orders up to 10pm will still be delivered in the 10-10.30pm delivery slot, or on your chosen delivery slot date and time set going through the checkout.
Due to licensing restrictions, Orders taken AFTER 8pm M-F or 6pm Sunday will be fulfilled and delivered the next day in the first delivery slot or a date and time of your choosing set when you went through the checkout process.
How long does it take to deliver ?
Typically 15 to 60 minutes to an hour depending on your post code. We will endeavour to get it delivered to you in as short a time possible. (If you are having an event or party, please order well in advance to ensure a timely delivery)
HOW DO I ORDER ?
- Browse the website categories for the products you want and add them to the Basket
- When you have made your selections review and adjust them if required , update and go to the checkout and fill in your details and shipping address if different. (This will create an account where you can few your order history and quickly sign in and reorder or place a new order).
- Input your card payment details to our secure servers and complete the checkout.
- We package up your order and dispatch for local delivery in Belfast only for post codes (BT1-BT17) approximately within a 6 mile radius of The Bot Off License (21 Malone Road, Belfast, BT9 6RU) . Delivery times are in 30 minutes slots. We will try to get your order to you as soon as possible. If you are having an event or party, please order well in advance to ensure a timely delivery.
- Similar to within the Off-licence, on delivery the driver may ask for proof you are over 18 years old identification if there is any doubt on the age of the purchaser. Orders can only be delivered to someone 18 and over with a valid ID, (See our Terms and Conditions)

Returns & Refunds
We pick and dispatch your online orders from our store in Malone Road Belfast. As this is a store like any other, stock variances may cause some products to temporarily go out of stock online even though it is available in another store. You can browse our full range of wines, craft beers and spirits online and add them to your basket. There is no minimum order when shopping with us online.
You will need to provide a valid credit card number, delivery address and contact phone number when you place an order. If you create an account we will store delivery addresses and contact phone numbers for subsequent orders however for security reasons we do not store your credit card details and you will need to enter these each time you place an order.
Checking your Order

You can also visit our off licence to exchange goods purchased online if you wish - simply bring along a print out of your order confirmation as proof of sale and our staff will be happy to help.
In the unfortunate case of goods being faulty or damaged in transit, Bot Drinks offer the choice of either a replacement or a full refund including any postage costs incurred. Just contact us by phone or email (details above) and we'll take care of everything.

HOW SAFE IS TO PAY BY CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD?
Botdrinks.com Off Licence we have taken every step possible to ensure that our customers can shop knowing that our site is 100% safe. We use similar security systems to Amazon and Apple to offer a quick, efficient and secure checkout process that includes such technologies as 3D secure, Verified by Visa and 3rd man to validate and process customer transactions.
When ordering and checking out we pre-authorise your card and only take payment when we are able to fulfil your order.
You may be asked for specific details during the checkout process such as delivery address, billing address, card expiry date etc please complete these accurately and be assured these are taken purely for validation/authorisation purposes and no payment details are kept on our website.
The Online Off Licence is also registered with the Information Commissioners Office and conforms to all the relevant legislation in respect of the Data Protection Act and conforms to “The Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996”, ( http://www.legislation.gov.uk/nisi/1996/3158/contents/made )

HOW CAN I ORDER WITHOUT USING THE CREDIT CARD PROCESSING SYSTEM?
No - Online Secure Credit Card payment options only. Also, for security reasons we are unable to accept credit card orders over the telephone.
