Boland Reserve Chenin Blanc 75cl
Grapes were sourced from old bush vines in the Klein Drakenstein mountain foothills, near Paarl. All fruit was hand harvested and transferred to 300ltr oak barrels for fermentation and aged for a further 1 year in barrel. The resulting wine displays prominent citrus and tropical fruit notes mixed with complex spices and certain richness form the oak barrels. A richly textured wine that posses weight and beautifully poised acidity.
